AI draws QR codes that look right and scan into nothing. This pod composites a real one onto the poster — and scans the finished image before handing it back. If it does not scan, you do not get the file.
These IDs are a stable contract. The UI, an AI agent and an MCP client all call the same one.

Permissions are declared one by one in the manifest and shown to you at install time. Anything undeclared simply cannot happen — that's not a promise, the runtime makes it impossible.
It ships inside PodApp — install once and it's there.
